I started as a personal trainer in January 09 and in July I was hit hard with a nast 'flu' bug that nocked me off my feet for two weeks. I lost just under a stone in weight and almost all my muscle mass and strength. This blog is not only my journey back to health, but in turning a negative into a positive and setting myself the simple target of getting into the best shape of my life and keeping it! I will share training results and daily dietry breakdowns. In addition I will post all the research I am doing as a PT and fitness enthusiast I am hoping to start discussions about why I'm doing what I'm doing as well as sharing it.
